SAP Message /SAPPCE/DPCM1244 - Tax rate change not possible; residual item &1 &2 &3 is missing

Diagnosis
The tax rate change cannot be performed for down payment chain &V2& incompany code &V1&, since there is a residual item to be formed intransaction &V3&.

System Response
The report terminates with the following error message for down paymentchain &V2& of the company code.

Procedure
Create the residual item in the processing transaction for the downpayment chains:

  • Credit-Side Down Payment Chains (transaction /SAPPCE/DPCK01)

  • Debit-Side Down Payment Chains (transaction /SAPPCE/DPCD01).
