Diagnosis
The retention amount you entered for the posting is too high. Themaximum retention amount for each posting is defined as follows:
1. If posting an invoice: The sum of the retention amounts must be lessthan or equal to the expense.
2. If posting a credit memo: The sum of the retention amounts must beless than or equal to zero.

System Response
You cannot post the document.

Procedure
Change the amount of the retentions. You might have to cancel previousinvoices if you forgot to specify a retention amount.
