Diagnosis
The status of chain &v1& is not "released". To post you must firstlynavigate to the contract data and change the chain status.

Procedure
Select Contract Data. The screen Display Contract appears.
Select tab page Chain Status and check the current chain status.
To get to change mode, select Display -> Change.
In the menu select Edit -> Status -> Release
.
