Diagnosis
Either the corresponding staging record for the sell-through has notbeen processed, or it may not be existing in the staging area.

Procedure
If a corresponding record for the sell-through is present in thestaging area, release it. If not, then either create the recordmanually or ask the distributor/ reseller to send in the sales reportcontaining the sell-through information. Once the staging record isthere, release it.
