SAP Message CRM_COMPLAINT312 - Some serial numbers are too long to be transferred to ERP

Diagnosis In the product master for this product it has been defined that theserial numbers are to be validated against serial numbers in the ERPsystem. The maximum length of serial numbers in the ERP system is 18characters. Procedure Check the serial numbers and limit the length to 18 characters.
