Functionality
This function module inserts or updates existing entries in tableWRF_APC_IBID.
The entries are imported from the Release Workbench in BW and themessage type assortment plan.
If there is no assortment or assortment type in SAP available for thedata coming from the BW system, no insert or update will occur.
