Functionality
The FM checks whether the telephony-active indicator for the terminalat which the current user is working has been set.

Notes
The output values 'M' and 'N' should never appear and should be ignoredin the result evaluation or treated as a 'not active' result.

X - Telephony is active
M - Since user is logged on to multiple terminals, unable
to determine whether telephony is active
N - Error while determining terminal, terminal could not
be found.
space - Telephony is not active
