Functionality
Application developers can use the function moduleSSC_SR_DISPLAY_WITH_ROLE to display the CRM Service Request UI fordetailed info by Service Request GUID.
In the CRM Web Interaction Center, one user can be assigned to more thanone business role. For this reason, in order to let the user directlysee the detailed Service Request info in the CRM UI without specifying abusiness role, the customizing view CRMV_PREFILL_RFC has to bemaintained in the CRM system for this RFC function moduleCRM_PREFILL_SRVQ_RFC_DISPLAY.
