Functionality
This function module brings up a dialog window you can use to export theService Request GUID according to a user-specified Service Request ID.Enter the expected Service Request ID in the window.
When you press Enter or click Continue button, the systemsearches for the specified Service Request ID in CRM and exports theService Request GUID if found.
If the Service Request GUID is not found, the system displays and errormessage, asking you to enter another Service Request ID.
