Functionality
The function module is called to read the CRM service request's headerinformation. The header information includes the following:

  • Description

  • Transaction type

  • Priority

  • Status

  • Due date

  • Processor

  • Employee responsible

  • Reporter.

    • The function module searches CRM to get related service requests thatreference the imported GUIDs.
