Functionality
This function will be called after the initial screen and before thedata screen(s) will be shown.
Purpose: If a new plan will be created, check the plan number and theaccountholder. Read the default vales.
If an existing plan will be modified or displayed, the function willread all the information from the database tables associated with thisretirement plan record.
