SAP Function RS_SELSCREEN_VERSION - Returns the version of the current selection screen (called via LDB)

Functionality
Called during processing of report selection screen. Returns the activeselection screen version.
This version is stored in the report attributes. The list of possibleselection screen versions is defined in the logical database.
