Functionality
This function module tests the access rights for accessing a spoolrequest. The request must already have been read. It is described usinga TSP01-compatible structure. If the request is not in the same client,authorization for SP01 is required. If the request is owned by anotheruser, authorization for SP0R is required. An authorization specifiedfor the spool request is required for the corresponding access type(BASE,ATTR,and so on).
