Functionality
This function module checks whether you are permitted to archive on thespecified device. If the device does not exist the exception'NO_SUCH_DEVICE' is triggered. If the specified device is not anarchiving device (according to the SPAD configuration) the exception'NO_ARCHIVER'is delivered.
If no device is specified then the module RSPO_GET_ARCHIVE_DEVICEdetermines a suitable device.
The parameter 'DEST' is set on the relevant archiving device.
