Functionality
All hierarchies of the InfoObjects in this InfoCube are checked.
Hierarchies are maintained in the Data Warehousing Workbench of SAP BW.The management objects that are used by the OLAP processor and checkedhere are automatically generated.
Checks are made for:
The existence of the necessary tables.
Whether the manual table maintenance (SE16) has been switched on for oneof the tables, this generally leads to errors.
The versions of the hierarchies
The hierarchy data in the various tables and their context.
Nodes and leaves as well as remaining nodes and leaves.
The relationships between predecessors and successors of nodes andleaves (consistency of the hierarchies).
A check is made as to whether the SID of the leaves in the SID table ofthe corresponding InfoObject exists and that the indicator of the SIDtable is set correctly.
