SAP Function RHXSS_SER_REMOVE_OWN_LOCKS - Remove all locks of the user

Functionality
This function module is called each time a ESS service is started.
It removes all locks a user has set to his own objects.
This is to avoid running into lock problems when an ESS service diesbefore it was able to remove its locks.
Same functionality as in startup of ITS menu PZM3.
