Functionality
This function module inserts all periods that have been calculated bythe selected period into table EVP (evaluation periods). Thedescriptive data for the current and previous results is placed in thetable.
Procedure:
- Select the records to be evaluated from the RGDIR (using in-payrollarea, in-period, and period modifier (permo))
- Restore the RGDIR to its status after the payroll run for the periodto be evaluated.
- Specify the retroactive accounting date
- Select all records to be evaluated
- Select the accompanying preceding records

Example
An employee belongs to an payroll area for which a monthly payroll runtakes place. On January 15, 1994 he changes to another legal person(001P). This means that two payroll results are generated for January1994:
- First results record for the period 01/01 - 01/14/1994
- Second results record for the period 01/15 - 01/31/1994
It has now become apparent that the change should not have taken placeon 01/15/1994. The retroactive accounting from February now appears asfollows:
- 1st period from 01/01 - 01/20/1994
- 2nd period from 01/20 - 01/31/1994
- 3rd period from 02/01 - 02/28/1994
When evaluating the period 02/1994, the five records specified abovemust be edited. This function module transfers these five records backto an internal table. The first two are marked as 'old' results, andthe last three as 'new'.
