Functionality
This function module is called whenever an update of the MRP Planning
List occurs. If there is no entry in the CBP Planning List for the
given material-plant-combination a new entry is created.
For the given material-plant-combination the indicator in the CBP
Planning List is set. This indicator specifies for the next download
of transactional data which objects (planned orders, production orders
stock/requirements list) must be sent.
