SAP Function CBP_GEN_LIST_SHOW - Shows all orders of a specified model

Functionality
All orders of the given model are displayed in a list. Which orders
are displayed is specified by the parameter i_LIST_TYPE.
A private plan server already must be running.

Description
Determines the list which is displayed.
'D': demand order list
'M': manufacturing order list

Description
Contains the model name and the destination. The ports also must be
filled as indicator that a private and a public plan server are running.
