Functionality
This function module checks for the subobjects <(><<)>APPL>_CASE(commission case) and <(><<)>APPL>_DOC (commission document) whethermore messages may be written to the log. In case the log has alreadybeen saved in the database, then no messages may be written in the logany more. After saving with CACS_BUFFERLOG_SAVE, the logs receive acorresponding flag.
