Functionality
This function module generates the event 'Initiated' of the BOR ObjectReleaseProcessBCA (BUSISB001).It calls the API of the Event Manager togenerate the event. This function module can be used to initiate theworkflow to handle release process.

Notes
Flag I_InUpdateTask is used to specify if the API needs to be executedin update task. Export parameter E_Returncode is used to notifiy if theevent has been successfully generated
