Functionality
This method enriches attendances/absences and employee remunerationinformation that has been recorded in the Time Sheet with informationfrom the HR system. It returns the completed data and messages to theTime Sheet.
Attendances/Absences

  • If required, the method can calculate the currency of a valuation basis.

  • Depending on the settings in your Customizing, the method synchronizes
    • the recorded times with the employee's personal work schedule. Itdetermines any missing start and end times or the number of hours and,if necessary, sets the previous day indicator or the full dayindicator and deducts breaks.
    Employee Remuneration Information:
    • The method determines the currency of a valuation basis and checks
      • whether the specified wage type is a bonus wage type.
      • If the data record has start and end times, the method synchronizes
        • (depending on your settings in Customizing) the data with theemployee's personal work schedule and determines the number of hours.If required, it takes break into consideration and sets the previousday indicator.

          • Description
          This parameter is only relevant if you implement HR.
          Depending on your setting in theHours/Clock Times from HR field, the followingvalues using the data in the employee's work schedule are calculatedagain or added:

          • Number of hours

          • Start or end time

          • Previous day indicator

          • Whole day indicator

            • The calculation is made irrespective of whether or notthe data record hasan HR working time attribute.
