Functionality
This BAPI FM imports all the comments at the event level, event-testlevel, event-test-participant level, item level and checks whether theevent, test, participant, item is existing or not. it uses the FM"SLS_COM_SET_COMMENT" for checking and saving the comments to the R/3System.
