The function module BAPI_PROCESS_SAVE_REPLICA replicates businessprocesses in the area of ALE-scenarios.
This module should not be called up directly. It is used internally bythe SAP system (master data distribution by ALE for businessprocesses).
Instead, use CREATE- or CHANGE-BAPI.
