Create transfer request.
For example, when the data for transfer has been passed on to thepublisher via EDI and is now to be imported into IS-M.
Precondition: Authorizations for creating a transfer request must bemaintained in IS-M.

Description
Number that identifies a transfer request uniquely within a client.

Description
Return code with the appropriate error message. If the return code is0, no errors occurred.

Description
Contains data on the transfer. This data includes the business partnerfrom whom the transfer is to be made, the business partner to whom thetransfer is to be made, the product to be transferred, the quantity fortransfer and the transfer date.
