Functionality
A geographical unit can be assigned other geographical units. Theperiod for the assignment is defined by the change number.
Errors are returned in the return parameter.

Notes
The BAPI is processed during update, so that the blocks may still beset if it is accessed again directly. You can specify a 'set updatetask local' before calling the BAPI to avoid blocking problems.
