Functionality
This BAPI creates object management records for a change order.
The following data is saved for an object management record:

  • Internal and external key of the object

  • Object type (table ECM_OBJTYPES, for example BUS1234)

    • With this BAPI, the object management records are assigned to the changeorder.
    • As soon as a user actually changes one of the objects, the object
      • management record is reassigned from the change order to the appropriatechange task of the user.
      • Creation of object management records is only possible if the change
        • type of the change order allows manual creation. Otherwise, the objectmanagement records are created automatically when an object is processedwith the change order.
