Functionality
The BAPI_DELIVERY_GETLIST function module creates a list ofdeliveries that you can determine using various selection criteria. Youcan read the delivery data from the interface and, for example, processthem from a report for display.
In addition to the delivery-related data such as item data, statusinformation on header and item level, header partners, and documentflow, you can also determine the associated foreign trade data, theheader for a corresponding handling unit, and the serial numbers. Youuse the IS_DLV_DATA_CONTROL parameter for control. For more informationon how do do this, see the documentation for the parameter.

Example
You want to determine your open deliveries of the day using the assignedpackaging information, the handling unit data. Other document data isnot to be read.
To do this, fill the following fields of the IS_DLV_DATA_CONTROLstructure with 'X':

  • HEAD_STATUS

  • HU_DATA.

    • In the IT_ERDAT table, specify the creation date, the corresponding donot compare indicator, and the relational operator. In the aboveexample:
    • IT_ERDAT-SIGN = 'I'.

    • IT_ERDAT-OPTION = 'EQ'.

    • IT_ERDAT-LOW = date

      Description
      The DLV_DATA_CONTROL structure helps to control which delivery data BAPIis to determine.

      Value range
      The structure contains the following control fields:

      • BYPASSING_BUFFER: Set this field to 'X' if the database is to read the
        • delivery data during determination. In this way, you achieve the bestpossible up-to-dateness of the delivery data.
        • HEAD_STATUS: Set this field to 'X' if you want to receive the status
          • information of the header data.
          • HEAD_PARTNER: Set this field to 'X' if you want to determine the
            • delivery partner.
            • ITEM: Set this field to 'X' if you want to determine the item data of
              • the delivery.
              • ITEM_STATUS: Set this field to 'X' if you want to receive the status
                • information of the delivery items.
                • DOC_FLOW: Set this field to 'X' if you want to determine the document
                  • flow of the delivery. This provides you with information about thepreceding and follow-on documents of the delivery, such as the ordernumber, purchase order number, invoice number, and further documents.
                  • FT_DATA: Set this field to 'X' if you want to determine the foreign
                    • trade data of the delivery.
                    • HU_DATA: Set this field to 'X' if you want to receive the handling unit
                      • data of the delivery.
                      • SERNO: Set this field to 'X' if you want to receive the serial numbers
                        • of the delivery.

                        The following BAdI methods are available:
                        - FILTER_DELIVERY: You can use this method to restrict thedetermined deliveries further according to customer-defined searchcriteria.
                        - EXTEND_DELIVERY: You can use this method to determineadditional information about the deliveries. The table of deliveryheader data containing the delivery number as key is available for thispurpose.

                        Table for customer-specific enhancements.
                        The parameter is used as the return table of the BAdI.
