Functionality
With this method, you can close a reconciliation key or delete it if itwas not used.

The method return code. If the parameter does not contain a messagecode, the method was successful.

The most important messages:
E >0 040,,Reconciliation key NAME is already closed, select another
E >0 044,,Reconciliation key NAME is locked by NAME
E >0 701,,You do not have the authorization for the FUNC function
