Description
The application object is a master data object. You can define separatecontrol parts for application objects. Examples of control parts arescreen sequence and screen layout. "BUPA" Business Partner is anexample of such a master data object.

You can split maintenance of application objects into several parts.This is optional. Data sets are assigned to these parts, and theydecide which attributes must be maintainable for each part.
In Business Partner these parts are known as business partner roles. Aprospect is an example of such a role.
