Functionality
Returns the current bump value to be passed in SDCOM-BUMP.

Notes
This function module will return '0' in case the determined bump valueis initial. This is due to the fact that this function module wascreated to make SDCOM-BUMP available in dependencies in theconfigurator. Dependencies always require that there is a value.
