Functionality
This function takes a set of staging records as input and releasesthem. The staging records are passed on in the table parameterT_RELEASE. The status of the records after processing is updated inT_RELEASE. The import parameter I_LOCK_STAG_RECS determines whetherthe records in T_RELEASE must be locked prior to release. If they haveto be locked, I_LOCK_STAG_RECS should be 'Y'.
