Oracle Message ORA-24127 - TABLESPACE parameter specified with an ACTION other than CREATE_ACTION

ERROR	TABLESPACE parameter specified with an ACTION other than CREATE_ACTION
CAUSE	The TABLESPACE parameter can only be used with CREATE_ACTION.
ACTION	Do not specify TABLESPACE when performing actions other than CREATE_ACTION.
