Oracle Message ORA-09984 - SGA file $ORACLE_HOME/dbs/sgadef$ORACLE_SID.dbf does not exist

ERROR	SGA file $ORACLE_HOME/dbs/sgadef$ORACLE_SID.dbf does not exist
CAUSE	file does not exist or is not accessible
ACTION	Restart the instance to create the SGA definition file.
