It manifest as MVS system error IEF240I. Ensure system updates per Note 101217, then apply relevant transport corrections detailed in Note 13719 for respective R/3 releases starting from 4.6D down to 4.6A. Post update, Image Copy Jobs will limit to 400 DD statements per job step, mitigating the risk of exceeding TIOT limits.
