Summary :
SAP ArchiveLink users have traditionally utilized file repositories for testing purposes up to Release 3.1, and alternatives such as the SAP Content Server and OLTP database storage were introduced in later releases. From Basis Release 6.10, file repositories were deprecated, necessitating data migration prior to upgrading to or beyond this release to retain document accessibility. A migration report facilitates this transfer to supported repositories, ensuring documents and print lists linked through ArchiveLink are comprehensively accounted for. Users must reconfigure or establish new repository settings via transaction OAC0 and modify ArchiveLink settings via OAC3 to ensure seamless migration and future access.
