Summary :
SAP Note addresses a display issue in BEx Map where data doesn't show as color shading, pie charts, or bar charts. This is attributed to an ESRI software component that fails to process double byte characters such as Korean or Japanese. This problem occurs particularly when these characters are present in the column headers of the query data. The issue appears on PCs not set up for double byte languages. The recommended solution is to apply BW2.0B Frontend Patch 12, as detailed in Note 367280. For immediate resolution, replace wdbmbm2.ocx with version 2020.11.0085 available from SAP's support portal.
