Summary :
SAP Note explains the growth of the user catalog when frequently executing Imagecopy jobs through DBA planning calendar (Transaction DB13), notably in releases >= 4.6A. This occurs as data sets, formatted as .IC.., are generated and later deleted, leaving unusable index records in the catalog. To resolve, import the specified transports in sequences outlined in Note 101217 and Note 13719. Check updates regularly to maintain the system's updated maintenance level. Post-correction, the naming convention for data sets will change to ...IC.
