Summary :
Prior to archiving or analyzing data in SAP tables ACCTHD and ACCTIT, users need tools to understand data allocation across organizational units and periods. SAP Note provides two options for data analysis. First, from Release 4.6C, users can utilize the table analysis tool TAANA for a customized table survey, not exceeding 3-4 fields to avoid excessive database load. However, TAANA only handles ACCTIT as it can’t integrate data relations with ACCTHD. Alternatively, for Releases 3.0F to 4.6C, SAP delivered source code for programs RGUANAM1 and RGUANAM2 that jointly analyze both tables, providing comprehensive insights on data distribution towards effective archiving.
