Summary :
In SAP systems, issues with displaying OS logs in transactions OS06N and OS07N may occur due to file path limitations. Users experience a status message indicating the inability to open or find the log file, even though it exists and can be accessed under certain user profiles. This problem is linked to the function module in OS07N which allows a maximum of 88 characters for the file path, whereas the CCMS agent restricts it to 60 characters. No immediate fix is available; however, modifying the file paths within the saposcol and CCMS agent profiles to under 60 characters serves as a workaround.
