Resolution involves de-installing merge patch 9558995 linked to bug 9048185, switching LOB to PCTVERSION, or migrating to a non-ASSM tablespace. Further updates include Oracle patches inserted in newer SBPs for respective Oracle versions addressing Bug 9926087 issues.
