Main switch of SQL-Monitor (transaction 'SQLM') inside the kernel.
Please note: usually switching on and off the functionality of
collecting data is done by the transaction SQLM itself.
Thus, the value of this parameter should not be changed
until severe problems with the SQL-Monitor have been
observed.
Please note: for using the transaction SQLM you need a special
kernel. Please refer to note 1833999 for details.

Parameter description
on
Default value. SQL-Monitor is working as described in the
SQL-Monitor documentation.
off
SQL-Monitor is switched off inside the kernel. You may use
transaction SQLM and activate the SQL-Monitor there<(>,<)> but no data
are recorded inside the kernel. As a result<(>,<)> the SQL-Monitor
can not find any collected data to display.
