Résumé :
Cet avis SAP décrit les méthodes permettant d'interrompre une mise à jour système ou une installation de Package d'amélioration spécifique à une certaine phase. SAP propose des commandes spécifiques (R3up stop , R3up stop) pour arrêter le processus de mise à jour soit avant une phase nommée soit avant la phase suivante, utilisant des outils tels que R3up, SAPup ou SAPehpi à partir de la version 4.5B. Pour les versions antérieures, les utilisateurs doivent créer manuellement un fichier .BRK dans le répertoire /bin précisant exactement la phase avant laquelle la mise à jour doit être arrêtée. Cela assure un contrôle ciblé sur le processus de mise à jour, améliorant la gestion et la planification du système.
