When posting from external accounting to Controlling (CO) with active transfer prices, users encounter a termination error (MESSAGE_TYPE_X) in SAPLKALP, specifically at SET_BW_REFBZ. The error, ERROR_BW_REFBZ, arises under certain conditions: a currency and valuation profile is activated, multiple valuations are posted, and document summarization is enabled in CO via Transaction OKBI. This conflict occurs due to lack of system validation for active profiles during summarization, which erroneously proceeds with summarization, causing the termination. The solution involves applying a patch (reference to Note 189370 and 198740) or disabling summarization in OKBI.
