A subtype has been added to infotype 0185 to store essential information from this multifunctional card, which replaces multiple existing IDs. To comply with the new legal requirement, an HR Support Package will incorporate these updates along with necessary Customizing changes provided in the Advanced Delivery files. Users must ensure the latest HR Support Package is installed to avoid errors from Advanced Delivery. The customization involves updates to view V_T5R05 for proper categorization and management in SAP systems.
