The resolution involves applying SP23 for WebAS 6.40 or correcting the issue via Note Assistant for versions SP20 to SP22. For WebAS 7.0, the recommendation is to apply SP16 or use Note Assistant for versions SPS12 to SPS15 to address and prevent this synchronization error.
