This SAP Note addresses an issue where cost calculations for a material are mistakenly generated despite a 0% usage probability listed in the Bill of Materials (BOM) item. The error, related to transactions CK11 and alternative items in a BOM, stems from a programming fault. The resolution requires implementation of specified source code corrections alongside the complementary SAP Notes 73960, 74062, and 74859. Instructions are provided to incorporate changes in the program MC64MF0S to rectify this defect.
