Message Oracle ORA-38305 - object not in RECYCLE BIN

ERROR	object not in RECYCLE BIN
CAUSE	Trying to Flashback Drop an object which is not in RecycleBin.
ACTION	Only the objects in RecycleBin can be Flashback Dropped.
