             Description You use this report to display, for a certain evaluation period, thecontent of the NS> (Night Shift Heavy Labor) cluster. With thisdata, you can answer the following questions for the selected personnelnumbers:
 - How often per month has the employee performed heavy labor on the night
 shift?
 - How often per leave year has the employee performed heavy labor on the
 night shift?
 - In how many leave years has the employee been entitled to additional
 leave?
 - How often was the employee absent for (planned) night shift heavy
 labor?
 - How many months are credited to the employee on receipt of the special
 retirement pension?
 - In which months has the employee taken his entitled additional leave?
 Precondition The NS> cluster has been generated or updated when reportRPTNSHA0> (Nightshift Regulations) is run for theemployee to be evaluated.Output The results are produced as lists. You can format the listsindividually. For this, the following generic functions are available:
  - Sort according to chosen column criteria
 
 - Display/hide columns
 
 - Change column widths
 
 - Formation of sums using value columns
 
 - Formation of group sums according to different criteria
 
 - Filter
 
 - Detailed view of a list line
 
 - Mail connection
 
 - Excel Download

 List header The header is processed dynamically. You specify the sort fields forthe header as follows: Choose from the list Sort ascend. order> or Sort descend.order>. The Define Sort> window is displayed. Choose the sort fields for the header from the Field List>. Choose Display fields>. In the Table Sort Fields> enter *> in the column GC>(Group change) for each sort field. Choose OK>.Display Variants After processing the lists, you can save your individual formattingoptions as display variants.
