Purpose
When preregistration types were migrated to clinical order types (reportRN1UTL49), an error occurred whereby active order types were createdfrom canceled preregistration types.
This report corrects this error by canceling order types that werecreated from canceled preregistration types.

Integration
The report runs across all clients, in other words, it corrects the datain all clients.
